Privacy Policy¶

This policy explains what personal data learn.aiwithpriyabrat.com (the "Site") collects and how it is used. The Site is run by Priyabrat Dalbehera, Bengaluru, India ("we", "us"). We collect as little as possible, and we never sell your data.
1. What we collect¶

We do not collect or store card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled entirely by our payment gateway, Razorpay, under its own privacy policy.
2. Information collected automatically¶
- Hosting: the Site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the Site from attacks.
- Fonts and code hosting: your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts and the header asks GitHub for public repository information, so those services see your IP address.
- Browser storage: the Site saves small settings in your browser, such as your light/dark theme choice, a random visitor ID (used for the activity described above) and — after you give it for a free download — your email, so you aren't asked again.
- Linking activity to your email: the visitor ID is anonymous. If you give your email (free download or sign-up), the activity from that browser is linked to your email so we can see which notes you found useful.
- Opting out: if your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, the Site does not record your browsing activity. You can also clear the Site's data in your browser at any time.
- We use no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics or ad networks.
3. How we use your data¶
- to send the emails you asked for (you can unsubscribe at any time),
- to deliver products you bought and send order emails,
- to see which pages and products are useful, so we can improve them,
- to answer your questions and handle refunds,
- to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, and
- to prevent fraud and misuse.
4. Who processes it¶
Sign-ups, downloads, browsing activity and orders are stored on our own server at aiwithpriyabrat.com. We use a small number of service providers to run the Site: Razorpay (payments), Cloudflare (website hosting and file storage), our server host, and an email provider (to send emails). Each only gets the data it needs for that job. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it¶
- Email subscriptions: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
- Browsing activity: up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymised.
- Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting laws require.
- Emails to us: as long as needed to help you.
6. Your rights¶
In line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you,
- correct it, or
- delete it (except records we must keep by law).

7. Security¶
Data is sent over HTTPS, payment details never reach our server, and access to our records is limited to us.
8. Children¶
The Site is meant for learners aged 18 and over, or younger learners with a parent's permission.
9. Changes¶
We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
