These terms apply to the website learn.aiwithpriyabrat.com (the "Site") and to the digital products sold on it. The Site is run by Priyabrat Dalbehera, an individual based in Bengaluru, India ("we", "us"). By using the Site or buying a product, you agree to these terms.

1. Free content

The free notes, tutorials and guides on the Site are for personal learning. You may read them, run the code examples and use the code in your own projects. You may not copy the written content in bulk to republish it elsewhere, or present it as your own.

2. Digital products

Products in the Store (guides, notes, cheat sheets, question packs and code files) are digital downloads — usually PDF or ZIP files. Nothing physical is shipped. Each product page shows what is included and its format.

Free downloads

Products marked Free (for example the Python and SQL cheat sheets) may be downloaded, printed and shared unchanged, with credit — keep the author's name, the website link and the footer on every page. You may not sell them, include them in a paid product, or remove or change the author credit.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
  • Payments are processed securely by our payment gateway, Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
  • An order is confirmed only after the payment gateway confirms the payment.
  • We may change prices at any time; a price change does not affect orders already paid for.

4. Your licence

When you buy a product you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning and work. You may:

  • download it and keep copies on your own devices,
  • print it for your own use, and
  • use the code examples in your own projects.

You may not share, resell, upload, or distribute the files (or the download link) to anyone else, or publish the content as your own. Products may be marked with the buyer's details to discourage sharing.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site — for example by trying to access products without paying, overloading the Site, or interfering with its security.

8. No guarantees

The content is educational. We work hard to keep it accurate and current, but we can't guarantee that it is free of errors, or that it will lead to any particular result such as a job offer or passing an interview. Technology changes quickly — always check official documentation for production decisions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect losses.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. The terms in force when you bought a product apply to that purchase.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
